There
has been a lot of confusion about the new 'Early Years Outcomes'
document (launched September 2013). This is a non-statutory guide
for practitioners and inspectors to help inform understanding of
child development through the early years.
Its
content is taken from the 'A Unique Child' section of Development
Matters - in fact it IS the section from Development
Matters covering A Unique Child, but under another name. So if you
are looking for this guidance document (as opposed to the full
non-statutory guidance given in Development Matters), then the
first of our three SUPER-SIZE Development Wheels (covering A
Unique Child) will meet your needs fully. Click here

SUPER-SIZE DEVELOPMENT WHEELS covering the whole of Development
Matters
Our fantastic Super-size EYFS
DevelopmentWheels™ are a set
of three wheels cover the principles and themes of the 2012 EYFS in detail. Going through the Prime and Specific areas of the
EYFS, our wheel covering 'A Unique Child' was out first, followed
by 'Positive Relationships' and 'Enabling Environments'. Each
Super-size wheel measures 440mm diameter (approx) and is ideal for hanging in a nursery, children's centre, classroom or
other setting. Great for childminders too. Use these wheels and
then hand out our standard size EYFS Early Learning Goals wheel to
parents/carers to take away. |
